Three consecutive days of scientific sessions, with speaker and slides in one correctly titled frame, and the material deliverable once the congress closed.
Hotel conference centre, Athens
Three consecutive days of scientific sessions, organised by a medical society with a PCO above it. Every presentation had to reach the room and the stream at the same time - speaker and slides in one frame, correctly titled - and be handed over recorded afterwards. At a specialty congress, a lost talk does not happen twice.
Separate feeds for the speaker (SDI), the presentation (quad-HDMI straight off the slide machine) and room audio, composited live with three independent titler channels - speaker, moderator and presentation. Two independent recordings ran simultaneously throughout, so a failure of one medium could not cost the material. A parallel satellite output for rebroadcast.
All three days were broadcast in full, with no talk lost. The recorded material was handed to the organiser and used after the congress closed.
