Venues ready to broadcast. Supported all year round.

We turn rooms into reliable broadcast spaces - and keep them that way.

More events in your venue, without an outside crew every time and without the risk of technical failure.

A venue with permanently installed ceiling cameras and a projection screen, ready to broadcast

The equipment stays
in the room.

A room that is ready to broadcast is not a room with portable equipment in it. It is permanent infrastructure: cameras, audio, network and control installed and configured once, so the next broadcast starts without a set-up.

  • Cameras in fixed positions with preset shots
  • Room audio and microphones built into the broadcast feed
  • A dedicated network and power supply, not the guest Wi-Fi
  • Controls simple enough for your own staff to operate

Three levels, depending
on your venue

From a room that broadcasts on its own, through to a complete conference environment that we run for you.

Four steps, with a way
out of each one

You do not have to commit to everything up front. Each step stands on its own.

01

Broadcast Readiness Review

Free and short. We come to the venue, look at what is already there, and tell you what is missing for the room to broadcast.

02

Room Broadcast Design

Paid. A full study: camera positions, audio design, network, power and an operating plan for that specific room.

03

Installation & Commissioning

The installation is handed over tested, not merely connected. We train your staff to operate it.

04

Managed Room Support

Maintenance and SLA. Monitoring, preventive checks and an agreed response time when something is needed.

The cost of the design is deducted from the installation if you go ahead.

What «we support you»
actually means

Maintenance is not a promise on the phone. It is terms in a contract.

A written response commitment

The time within which we respond, and how escalation works, are written into the maintenance contract. A term you can hold us to, not a marketing phrase.

Redundant systems

At the critical points of the installation there is no single path. If one leg fails, the broadcast continues on the other.

Technical dossier

After handover you receive documentation of the installation - what went in, where, how it was configured and how to restore it. Useful for internal review and for whoever takes over after us.

A permanent control room in daily operation, with an operator at the desk and multiple monitors

We don't only build
permanent rooms.
We run one.

Our own television studio and control room is a permanent installation in daily use - not a showroom. Whatever we propose for your venue, we live with first: the maintenance, the upgrades, what breaks and how fast it has to be fixed.

  • A permanent control position in daily operation
  • A studio with fixed camera positions and a built set
  • Our maintenance experience comes from our own equipment, not a brochure

Every room has
a different problem

The same system, a different reason for wanting it.

Conference hotels

Host more hybrid events without bringing in a full crew.

The ability to broadcast belongs to the room and goes into the package you sell, at a known cost and with a consistent result.

Hospitals & universities

Reliable lectures, conferences and public sessions from a room built to broadcast.

A dedicated line isolated from clinical or academic systems, recording with consent management, and controls your own staff can operate.

Municipalities & regions

Public communication and transparent council sessions, without technical failure.

The broadcast runs the same way at every session, every speaker is clearly audible, and the archive stays available.

Corporate venues

Boardroom and auditorium that work every time.

An all-hands or a results presentation cannot absorb fifteen minutes of hunting for a cable in front of an audience.
